​​​​​​​Ocean House is a 10-story, oceanfront condominium building located in the South of Fifth (SoFi) neighborhood of Miami Beach. Completed in 2011, Ocean House was developed by Matrix (later redeveloped by iStar Residential) and designed by Nichols Brosch Sandoval and Associates while the interiors were designed by Antrobus + Ramirez.

Ocean House is an ultra-luxury, boutique building with just 28 condo residences comprised of one- to five-bedroom floor plans. 10 of the units are loft-style residences facing Ocean Drive while the other 18 are beachfront. Ocean House South Beach resides on the famed Ocean Drive and has an intimate, resort-style atmosphere.
