Surf House, located along a pristine stretch of Atlantic coastline, is designed by French architect Jerome Engelking, blending modern elements with the 1965 original structure. Its distinctive features include curved alabaster arches, palm-shaped columns, and terrazzo cladding.
The 17 residences feature elegant interiors crafted by Italian architect Fabrizio Casiraghi, using fine natural materials to evoke serenity and timeless sophistication. Complemented by lush gardens designed by Peter Wirtz, Surf House offers a serene coastal living experience, enhanced by the renowned services of Four Seasons management.
The Surf Club
Since its opening on New Year’s Eve in 1930, The Surf Club has been a cultural icon in coastal Florida. It became famous for blending high society and high culture in beach cabanas and under striped umbrellas. Guests would escape reality, enjoying cocktails in the ballroom adorned with murals from the Prohibition era.
Today, while it has expanded to include residences, a hotel, spa, and restaurants, The Surf Club retains its original charm. It still offers a perfect blend of history and contemporary luxury, making it a place to relive old memories and create new ones by the ocean.
