One of just a handful of single-family homes on Miami’s exclusive Fisher Island has come on the market asking $26 million.
The three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom property is owned by New York-based socialite Elizabeth Hazan, according to records. Ms. Hazan purchased the property for $5.1 million in 2007, per records on PropertyShark.
The Florida home boasts 25-foot ceilings through the living room as well as ample entertaining space and large windows to make the most of the home’s view, according to marketing materials.
“Fisher Island is one of the world’s top private island communities for a reason,” said Jeff Miller of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, who has the listing. “The island is surrounded by water with no bridges, so you can only arrive by boat—that is, if the island security grants you access.”
“There are only nine residential homes on the island and is the only one that is move-in ready,” Mr. Miller added. “I anticipate a high level of interest.”
