Exclusive: Inside Ocean House, a Luxury Boutique Condo Building Coming to Miami

Another luxury condo is coming to South Florida. Developer Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management (REAM) has just launched pre-sales for a new boutique waterfront tower in Miami’s exclusive Surfside enclave. Known as Ocean House, the forthcoming tower will comprise 25 units and replace the former Regent Palace Condominium. Demolition on the two-story building at 9317 Collins Avenue has already commenced, and the project is slated to reach completion by 2027.

Award-winning firm Arquitectonica has been tapped to spearhead the building’s architectural and tropical landscape design, while Carla Guilhem has been commissioned to tackle the bespoke interiors. Guilhem, who also specializes in superyacht concepts in addition to hospitality projects and private homes, will outfit the units, which range in size from 2,093 square feet to 6,279 square feet. Prices for the residences start at $5 million.
