The Regalia Penthouse in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami has sold at auction for $20.55M, which is more than $5M over the minimum bid for the auction. Jeff Miller of ONE Sotheby's International Realty was the exclusive listing agents for this property in the building, and also the Penthouse Villa on the third floor of Regalia.
