South FL Biz Journal | Palm Island Record Broken Again by Jeff Miller

The eleven thousand+ square foot new modern contemporary home at 135 Palm Avenue was sold by 135 Palm Avenue LLC, managed by Pascal Nicolai of Miami-based luxury homebuilder Sabal Development.

Jeff Miller represented Mr. Nicolai in the home's sale, which same out to $2,531 per square foot.
