ONE Sotheby's International Realty Development Division is proud to announce a two-tower St. Regis condominium development in Miami's Brickell neighborhood.
This 354-residence development will be designed by Robert A.M Stern Architects. This group has been credited with changing the New York City skyline with its addition of 220 Central Park South and 30 Park Place. The interiors will be designed by Rockwell Group.
Prices are expected to start at $2 million, and units will range from 1,300 square feet to 7,000 square feet. The development will also over nearly 60,000 square feet of amenities for its residents.
