Palm and Hibiscus Islands

A Haven for Families and Boating Enthusiasts

Welcome to Palm and Hibiscus Islands

Step into the low-key luxury of Palm and Hibiscus islands, two gated enclaves situated between Miami and Miami Beach. These residential islands were created in 1922 and offer their select few residents unparalleled views of the azure waters that make up Biscayne Bay. With a prime location in Miami and countless waterfront amenities, Palm and Hibiscus Islands are the perfect place for the boating enthusiast.

These gated, man-made islands boast many recreational facilities, such as tennis and basketball courts, soccer fields, and other lush, impeccably manicured community spaces. Furthermore, both Palm and Hibiscus Island Homes are accessible via the MacArthur Causeway and by boat. Both islands are completely residential, though virtually every neighborhood in Miami is a quick drive or boat ride away.

Jeff Miller believes that the most attractive aspect of residing in Palm and Hibiscus islands is the feeling of a tightly knit community. Additionally, he commends the feeling of safety on both islands and notes that this neighborhood is an excellent place to raise a family. The only road access to Palm Island’s entrance is gated with guarded, and both islands are manned by the Miami Beach Police 24 hours a day.
