Sunset Islands

A Luxurious Tropical Paradise

Welcome to the Sunset Islands

Though the Sunset Islands are grouped together as a community, each man-made island offers its residents something special and different from the others. Nonetheless, residents of each island enjoy the walkability and pedestrian-friendly streets. Because the roads leading to the islands have no outlet, very few non-residents venture to the islands.

One of the perks of living on the first two islands are that the lots sizes and homes are generally bigger. On these islands, you’ll find more families and residents looking to put down roots. Additionally, on the second Sunset Island, there’s a large park with lush green space, the perfect spot to kick around a soccer ball or play catch, or even plan a family picnic.

On Sunset Islands 3 and 4, residents can very easily walk onto Miami Beach and enjoy the shops and dining options. Many residents love that the entrance to these two islands is just outside the entrance to Miami Beach’s famed Sunset Harbor, with endless options for dining and entertainment. For coffee enthusiasts, Jeff Miller recommends you’re sure to grab a piping hot cup at Panther Coffee, a quick morning stroll away.

For all community members living of the west side of the islands, they enjoy wide water views all the way across Biscayne Bay, where the eye is drawn to the Downtown Miami skyline. During sunsets, Jeff compares the view to a magic show like nothing you’ve ever seen before.
